Benar Sejagat Sdn. Bhd. company no 202001002397 (1358716-W) is a property developer incorporated in January 2020. The company has established several associate corporate companies to embark in the development of housing and commercial properties, currently in the region of Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.

The management team consists of 2 experienced development background directors namely Mr. Henry Chong (Formerly in Grand City Group) with a vast experience of 20 years as project and finance director, completed more than 1000 unit properties during his project manager career. On the other hand, Mr. Michael Ng Kai Peng (Formerly in Unitedhome Development Group) has completed numerous project schemes in Melaka with a vast experience as civil engineer and project director for more than 30 years.
